Excellent visit this time I have purchased 4 Hondas from Liberty Honda since 2003 and have always had my cars serviced at Liberty. For my most recent visit (Sept. 5th), I received excellent service from Chloe and her colleagues when I went to get an Express Oil Change and Multi-Point inspection. The service was speedy and all employees were polite. My only complaint that I have yet to receive a response to the review that I submitted for my mid-August visit, when I experienced some significant problems.(with a different service advisor). I submitted two separate online reviews (one to Liberty, one to Honda Corporate) plus I responded to a telephone survey, yet I haven't heard anything in return from anyone at Liberty, Executive or Honda Corporate saying "we are sorry to read of your problems. What can we do to make things right?" Were you hoping that I would forget about my bad experience? More

Always a Pleasant Experience I've dealt with a number of service departments in my years as a car owner and Liberty Honda is far and away the best. The people are friendly, accomm I've dealt with a number of service departments in my years as a car owner and Liberty Honda is far and away the best. The people are friendly, accommodating, and well informed. I usually wait for my car and it's always ready earlier than they predict. When I go in for an oil change, they check brakes, tires, etc. free of charge and let me know the results of those tests. They've never told me I needed a part or a service that I didn't need, but they're scrupulous about telling me what I do need or when I might need something. As an older single woman, I so appreciate their willingness to stay aware of my vehicle's needs, explain things to me in detail, and -- most of all -- I love being able to trust what they say.
