This was my third consecutive visit where Jamie and I worked together to solve my vehicle needs. She is knowledgable and upfront about what service needs to be done. After my alternator failed I needed to be towed in and Jamie was there for me providing the best customer service. She turned my repair around in the timeframe that I wanted and was very informative during the process. I will look for Jamie every time I have a service need. Routine Maintenance I had a good experience. Honda was able to drop me off at work. I didn't wait anytime to get a ride to work and a shuttle was available. I rode the sh I had a good experience. Quick oil change I went when the service center opened at 7:00 in the morning. I was greeted promptly by Melissa, was asked a few questions and then waited.
