Emergency walk-in service We appreciated the attention that we received during an emergency drive- in to the service bay. We were 2 hours from home when the service light flash We appreciated the attention that we received during an emergency drive- in to the service bay. We were 2 hours from home when the service light flashed. TJ and Shental took the time to make a quick assessment and perform a quick service to allow us to continue home safely. First visit for service This was my first visit to Liberty Honda for service, and I was very pleased with how quickly the service department was able to take care of my car. I thought I'd be there for over 2 hours, and they were done within 90 minutes. The services advisor took a few minutes to orient me to the waiting room and the amenities there, as well, which I appreciated. Everything was clean and the everybody was professional. It's what I've come to expect in any Honda dealership. I'll definitely return in the future! More

Great customer service I had a scheduled appointment for my oil change and when I got there the employees were so nice to me. It was my first time coming there and they made I had a scheduled appointment for my oil change and when I got there the employees were so nice to me. It was my first time coming there and they made me feel so comfortable. Even though the wait was a little longer than scheduled they made it up to me and I didnt mind the wait either.
