She proactively took a picture of one of the filters where a mouse had made a home. She explained they had to vacuum the little house out. I can’t thank her enough. Good call. Incompetent service department Have a three-year-old Honda Pilot purchased from Liberty Honda. Service department is incompetent and doesn't understand how a purchased warranty wor Have a three-year-old Honda Pilot purchased from Liberty Honda. Service department is incompetent and doesn't understand how a purchased warranty works. Had a problem with a factory installed gas tank hose leak. The hose is part of the fuel tank and therefore cannot be replaced by itself. Warranty doesn't cover hoses. When we called the warranty company they told us Liberty Honda did not explain that the hose comes from the factory as part of the fuel tank and therefore the replacement of the fuel tank should be covered. More
