Thanh John Nguyen is BACK! John is in the House! Approximately 3-4 yrs ago an exceptional mechanic and top notch Service Advisor left Liberty Honda to become a Service Manager elsewhere. Well that individual is Back at Liberty Honda as of this past week and I for one am thrilled. Welcome Back John Nguyen! Between Jaime, John and the Master Technician, they worked their magic on my high mileage vehicle and keeping me in the loop of the process. My 16 y/o Civic was faced with two challenges, one more so than the other. Test of time will see if the service extended the life span. Nice to have a Service Manager greet the Customer upon entry into the garage and work beside the Advisor and Master Tech. Communication and Customer Service at its highest level. Thank you x3. Bad experience with service dept Impossible to get a hold of, hold times over an hour. Then when they pick up, they accidentally hang up on you. I call back and am out on hold for ano Impossible to get a hold of, hold times over an hour. Then when they pick up, they accidentally hang up on you. I call back and am out on hold for another 45 minutes. Almost 2hr phone wait to get a hold of service dept. Unbelievable! Tire light comes on right after they serviced the car. I had to go to Firestone. My tires were at 40 when my tires should be at 30 and 33. I was charged $19.95 for the tire rotation yet I had to go elsewhere to get my tires checked, there should be no reason for that. I love the Sales DEPT because of Udi, but service DEPT is poor. I asked to speak to a service Manager and was told that Liberty Honda doesn’t have one. Probably why the service is lacking! Not a happy customer right now. More

I was contacted as promised when work was wrapping up and this gave me enough time to get to Liberty Honda shortly after work was completed. The service was completed ahead of the estimated time. Courtesy car wash got the car looking sharp. One of the services could not be completed due to mechanical problem with part of the suspension. I received a very good explanation of the work required to fix the problem, along with a estimate of the cost. From the time the service representative greeted me until the explanation of the bill when I picked the car up, I felt I was treated as a valued customer and I look forward to having my next service performed at Liberty Honda. More
