Hi New CR-V 25, Sorry we didn't have the parts required to complete your service. I'm not sure what they were but we usually have most parts by the next day. We do offer complimentary car washes with a service. However, we find that if the temperature drops too low we have problems with car doors freezing shut etc which can big problem... Good luck with your car we will get it washed up next time if it's not too cold Thanks Mike
