I clarified, agreed to a cabin filter replacement, and halfway through my wait, was told I needed an alignment. Fine. I approved it and was told the tire rotation fee would be waived. Then I waited. And waited. Nearly three hours total. No updates. When I asked the front desk, they told me to go find my technician myself. I found my car sitting in the bay. When I finally flagged someone down, I got a casual “it’s ready” and a story about a lost flashlight. No apology. No urgency. Then came the surprise charges: $80 for the cabin filter, $40 for labor, $18 for something vague. I expected to spend around $200. Instead, I paid $295—with $140 just for the cabin filter. Disorganized, overpriced, and dismissive. I won’t be back—and I suggest you ask for a full breakdown before agreeing to anything. More
