They sold us a car with broken window. It had treatment done to cover/seal the crack. I called them the next day after purchase but they pretended they did not know about it. I am twenty-one years old and was searching for the vehicle that I had my heart set on, not one that would be better for a first time buyer. Hobby worked with me the entire time and set me up with the exact truck I was looking at, for the exact price that I requested, for less than I expected a monthly payment to be and under 3% interest rate. All as a first time buyer too. I do have excellent credit and make a decent income but everyone knows how it is for first time buyers. Hobby definitely did everything within his power of helping me achieve what I set out for and we were able to send me home in an amazing truck. The service department is amazing as well! Liberty GMC has a great staff and the reason I chose them over every other dealership is because of how comfortable the atmosphere is.
