Liberty GMC

Went to see a Dodge Caravan that I had seen on Liberty GMC's website. I was greeted by Rich while walking around looking for the van. He showed me several things there was to know about the van. And after looking over the vehicle, I brought my wife over, and she liked it, not only for the price but the room/cleanliness and mileage the car had. Since we adopted our 3 grandkids we decided to go ahead and buy it (since we had outgrown our 2006 Kia Sportage and had been looking around for a roomier vehicle). I believe the whole process took over a little over an hour and a half. From looking the car over, test driving it, doing the paperwork, getting financed and getting the car ready for us to drive home. It was a great experience to have Rich bring a technician to answer a question I had with all the buttons and options this car had. Anyway, if Rich keeps this attitude and great personnality with keeping the customer happy, I'm sure he will far exceed his sales by the end of the year.
