Helpful. Did not feel like I was trying to be sold something I did not want. Salesman (Dess Dobrosi) was very nice to us, he answered clearly all our questions and explained to us every tiny details a something I did not want. Had to wait 2 hours for the car to be detailed after purchase, could have been done earlier.
