Got totally screwed by this place Asst. Sales Manager Vince was a do*** when turned him on his offer the first night because they were to worried about lining their pockets with cash ended being rushed t Vince was a do*** when turned him on his offer the first night because they were to worried about lining their pockets with cash ended being rushed through so much pulled a stupid move (which is my fault for not reading into it was just tired and did like the car) and signed for a used car that was way over priced cost about 4,000 more than a brand new one now upside down even more on a car that they sold as perfect condition price with dents and dings all over the car also has bad tires but all went un-noticed due to distractions from sales staff Jeff was super help and nice but still falls into scheme of things over all will make sure nobody i know ever buys from them again have already wrote a return letter to the president Dana Moore as they were so convenient to send a letter saying they trust we had a great experience Make sure if looking their take your time and dont let them pull dealership tactics on you have never had a worst experience buying a car More
My visit was based on an internet search of vehicles with your company, I met with Antonio Dominguez who greeted me promptly and we discussed the vehicle I was interested in. It turned out the vehicle I was your company, I met with Antonio Dominguez who greeted me promptly and we discussed the vehicle I was interested in. It turned out the vehicle I was interested in was sold the day prior to my visit. With that in mind I knew of another tuck on the lot that would work as well.. Mr Dominguez secured the keys and we went for a test drive.. After our drive I spoke with Mr Dominguez and told him the planets had to align just right for me to purchase this vehicle, well guess what the planets were in my favor tonight and I have a nice truck now.. Mr Dominguez was a pleasure to work with and he walked me painlessly thru the steps of buying this vehicle, he even went as far as to help me secure the items out of my car.. The finance person Hobbie Nelson, worked his magic and really got me some great financing to boot.. I was in and out pretty quick and felt pretty good about the whole experience.. Fred was very polite and to the point. I do not not like wasting time with a ton of back in forth negotiating that can drag on all day. In finance Hobby moved very quickly and I felt that he was very straight and honest. After my purchase I made a small complaint about some water spotting on the vehicle to which Tony Mancillas jumped on and more than corrected for me at minimal inconvenience to myself and my schedule. More

Nathan was very open, honest and friendly. He helped me find the truck I wanted. When it was time to sit down and make a deal, everything was handled quickly and honestly. Once in Finance, Dusty handled everything quickly and fairly without being pushy about all the extra add on options usually thrown at you in Finance. Quick, fair and honest. Nathaniel was VERY open and worked VERY hard to try and find the vehicle right for me. However, he had limited resources from the dealer at the time to do his job effectively. This was not his fault but rather a message to the dealer to evaluate how they provide tools and communication to the team. When those in leadership provide to those below everything that is needed to do their job ... when a ready and willing buyer comes along everybody wins! Nathaniel was very transparent and open when we spoke and I was disappointed that I could not locate my vehicle with him so he could get the credit. He also provided me with the space to gather data for my purchase and I never felt pressured by him at any point. We appreciate Nathaniel! More
Nathaniel did a great job. His friendliness and knowledge of his product is very good. My only negative feeling, regarding the purchase is that we are being asked tp purchase and pay for the l knowledge of his product is very good. My only negative feeling, regarding the purchase is that we are being asked tp purchase and pay for the labor to install the front license plate bracket. I really feel that this is a matter that should have been taken care of by the manufacturer, or the dealership. This was not told to us, until after the purchase of the automobile. Don & Cathy More
We came into Liberty Buick by mistake. We meant to go to Liberty Buick. But, since we where already there, we were greated by Bob Giungi. We told Bob that we where looking for the buick dealership. He was kind enough to tell us it was across the street. He politely suggested that we could look at the cars on his lot. We went looking with about six thousand dollars in our pocket to buy. Bob was very polite, showed us several cars that we were interested in. Drove three of the cars, then we made a decision on a chrysler 200. Bob went out of his way to give us a great price. the sale went smoothly. Why we were waiting on the approval of credit, Bob was outside cleaning the car; it rained that evening, and Bob was cleaning the car fr us. We where missing a dash mat in the car so, Bob went out of his way to get us new matts for the car. All in all it was a great experience with the dealership and Bob Giungi. I will go back to Liberty GMC for another vehicle. Thanks for a wonderful experience. You were the best Bob, and we thank you for that. I'm glad that we ended up at the wrong place.
