This was my first buying experience buying a car from a dealership. Hearing other people's stories made me skeptical toward car salesmen. My dad took me to Liberty GMC where he had recently bought a new car and had wonderful feedback about the company and the gentlemen who had helped him. Of course the day we went he wasn't there. A man had introduced us to Antonio Dominguez and highly recommended him to us. He asked us from the start what I could afford and immediately searched for cars in my price range. Anytime I found one out of my pricing he warned me right away. He walked us around the entire lot to show us over 30+ cars. He allowed me to test drive which ever one I was interested in. He found me the car of my dreams! When it came to the financing time, he continued to negotiate until he found the exact price I wanted to pay from the start! I was so impressed he never gave up, he was determined to help me leave in a new car that day! He even stayed long after closing hours helping me! I went in thinking I would have to battle and deal with the awful sales tactics, but I was greeted by a nice salesman who never pushed, was helpful and valued my time. This is one of the easiest car transactions that I have ever been involved in. I really liked working with Julian a sales associate who I found to be very fair and not pushy at all. Matt Steigerwald has always shown professionalism and friendliness to me and addresses any problem I may have. I have been dealing with Liberty GMC for my 2010 Terrain. and I have never been disappointed with the staff or the service that I have received. I will continue to go to Liberty GMC for my next Terrain and I would definitely reccommend Liberty GMC to my family and friends. The price for the service such as oil changes, and tire rotation are very competitive elsewhere, but I feel Liberty GMC is relatively reasonable. More

Julian Grubbs is a fantastic sales representative! He was friendly, listened to what we wanted, and helped us find it at a price that worked for our budget. We have had so many horrible car buying experiences other places in the past, that we were not looking forward to shopping. He and his team changed our minds about that. We stopped in to ask a question and Julian was not working that day but Winston Gamble offered to try to assist us. Although he wasn't our salesman- the way he listened and made sure what we needed was taken care of, left us believing he would be a great sales representative as well. When it came to purchasing our vehicle Josh Leader and Vincent Helms made the financial part trouble-free. Julian & Liberty GMC will be the first place I go next time I need a new vehicle. More
