John Harrison was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did not hurry I stopped at Liberty "to look" in December and ended up purchasing a 2013 Yukon. John Harrison was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did not hurry me through the process. He assisted me with some minor things after the purchase, which had to be handled by mail, since I live in Flagstaff. My Yukon was due its first oil change and as I pulled into the service lane, Steve Okeson came out to greet me. He had answers for all my questions and was very helpful with a warranty issue. The service was quick and the car wash was a pleasant surprise. More

This is my second time working with GMC; First time was in 2003 when it was Pontiac GMC and now on 2/9/14 Liberty GMC. I came back because I remember appreciating how I was treated back in 2003. I emailed in 2003 when it was Pontiac GMC and now on 2/9/14 Liberty GMC. I came back because I remember appreciating how I was treated back in 2003. I emailed Desiree Morales a few times prior to coming in and never did I feel pressured. Desiree heard what I was looking for and when I wanted to purchase and she met my needs. Desiree appeared very patient, helpful and very willing to go the distance to make me feel like I mattered. I came in a day prior to my birthday and told her I wanted to buy my vehicle on my birthday. Desiree said that day was her day off; she met me on that day and continued to give me great service. GMC also granted me a loyal customer incentive that I did not expect. Thank you Desiree and GMC for wonderful customer service! Celina More
So here it begins. We purchased our vehicle from our sales representative antonio Dominguez. Antonio Dominguez did all he could do to make us happy and get us the deal for the 2014 mustang. Alex d in finance is the guy you want to work with if you do buy a car from here. He is a gentleman and very respectful as well as Vince in finance. We were approved for the loan from a local credit union. 2 weeks later we realize this is not a car for us and we decided to trade it in at camelback ford. Unfortunately We got a call from ford yesterday stating they cannot accept the trade in. All because the credit union has not funded the loan. So I call gmc liberty and got the chance to deal with josh in Internet sales manager position. I try explaining to him what is going on and he quickly goes of telling me I'm being fed bull shi*. He kept on telling me that ford is lying. And would not even give me a chance to speak. I lost my cool after being talked to in that manor and I said a curse word. Josh went off on me saying," know you are cursing at me" and hung up the phone. I called my sales rep Antonio Dominguez cell phone and he tells me he quit because of issues with the internet sale manager josh. That just so happens to be the manager I spoke to. So we decided to drive the car over to gmc liberty and find out what was going on. I spoke with Ed in sales and he lied to us. Claiming the car was already funded and he saw the check gmc liberty received. He took us into his office and showed us a program that tracks internal sales. It clearly showed the sale was closed on January 25th. That doesn't mean the loan has been funded. The car was still not funded and the sales rep Ed claims it was. When he showed us his records Antonio Dominguez did not receive credit for the sale as Ed replaced atonio Dominguez with his own sister as the sales rep. We asked for proof from finance and he said no one had access to that information. And asked us to trust him. While we sat at the sales desk. The whole time Ed is slandering the name of camelback ford. I find it so unprofessional of him. He quickly gets up and walks into the office of Vince. And I follow him and I hear him murmuring what is going on with the funding? I walk in an my wife follows and would you know that they do have access to that information. Vince shows my wife that the loan is not funded. After that we where so upset from being lied to and insulted we decided to leave the car there and talk to the general manager the following morning. We did not want to do business with a company that is willing to lie and do shady business. Unfortunately he was not available and we had to wait till Friday morning. In the morning we could not get a hold of the general manager and was given the run around. I called and asked to speak with autumn Henderson. She over looks liberty gmc and liberty Buick. Unfortunately she was out of town for the next to weeks. So we had to wait till tommy helms could get free and call us. We did not get a call till the afternoon. Tommy did not call us until he personally contacted the credit union and personally made sure the loan was approved before calling us. All because they did not want to loose on a sale. He calls my wife and my wife tried to explain to him wha happened and why we don't want to do business with them and he blows up and starts yelling at my wife and disrespecting her. Yelling at her why does he have a car on his lot?... My wife tells him he is being unreasonable and he is out of line he then he apologizes and asks for a "Sincere" apology claiming he is from the south and he speaks loud... When my wife talked to him he was told of what was going on and he said he will talk to Ed. Clearly this dealership is ran by people with no business ethics. We are now stuck with a car we don't want and are going to trade it in to not have any association with liberty gmc. We will also be taking this to the state attorney general Tom Horne. This is not the way to do business and this is not the way to treat people. Especially when people are giving you their hard earned money for a vehicle. More
