Car Purchase A Pleasure! We recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a collision in which our vehicle was totaled. As you can imagine, all of the paperwor We recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a collision in which our vehicle was totaled. As you can imagine, all of the paperwork involved with insurance, doctors, etc. was overwhelming. Once we had that all straightened out and were ready to purchase another vehicle, I thought for sure the experience was going to be another headache - buying a car always has been in our experience. We found the vehicle we wanted on-line (a 2015 Dodge Durango Citadel) at Liberty GMC and sent an email requesting information. Within minutes, we had a response from Julian Grubbs. Julian was incredibly helpful and gladly answered any and all questions we had on the vehicle. A few days later, we travelled down to the valley for a test drive and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Julian was fantastic to deal with - as were all the employees we interacted with. We were in and out of the dealership in about two hours and are beyond happy with our purchase. Burt, my salesperson, was extremely personable, knowledgeable and made the purchase of my Canyon an awesome one!! In addition, from deciding on a truck, updating my insurance and signing the loan documents this took far less time than I had feared. More

I called the dealership to see if my extended warranty covered my breaks because when I purchased the vehicle they were already bad ,and the guy who helped me on the phone was extremely rude. The fact that I'm paying so much for a car that supposedly has coverage, yet It seems like nothing is covered it's very unacceptable. I've had so many bad experiences at GMC if I could return my vehicle and go to another dealership I would. Strongly suggest to work on their costumer service. More
Best service guy ever. I bought my 2ND GMC Sierra in 2010 from Bobby G. He,, then walked me over to the service department and introduced me to Matt. I purchased an extended warrany (which I dont usually do) and I've been taking my truck back there for service since it was new. One time I took the truck in for regular service and they found evidence of an oil leak that I had not noticed. They've always helped me maintain my truck so it looks, runs and feels almost new. More

He is NEVER pushy and always is honest with me in answering my questions regarding scheduled maintenance. The first time I brought back the vehicle after buying it from Liberty GMC was because the brakes were failing. It was the middle of the day and Matt saw to it that it was taken care of immediately. I was so impressed with his concern and compassion. The problem was caused because of something that an RV Service Center did while installing an RV Brake System for RV and tow car. More
