terrible. I drove 3.2 hours to close the deal on a new Sierra that we had agreed to over the phone. The deal was in writing and signed by both parties and I pa I drove 3.2 hours to close the deal on a new Sierra that we had agreed to over the phone. The deal was in writing and signed by both parties and I paid a $500 deposit. I drove 3.5 hours to the GMC dealer 2 days later and when we began doing the final paperwork the salesman notified me that the deal and pricing had changed significantly. Instead of MSRP minus $5000, $3500 rebate and 2.9% financing over 6 years it was now MSRP MINUS $5000, 4.9% financing over 5 years and zero rebate. I was so angry I should have just driven back home but I probably would have lost the $500 deposit and $1700 worth of after market accessories I had installed and paid for. It's unbelievable that GMC allows their salesman to do business this way. I think it's called "bait and switch" in the Snake Oil Salesmans Fraternity More
I had a great experience when buying my vehicle. First time I took it to get serviced was pretty good. Last two times were not so good. Sent my wife to drop and pickup vehicle. She wasn't offered a ride home ( don't understand why) when she came back she had to wait almost 30 minutes for a porter ( or someone) to actually bring the vehicle back around to her. I've been coming to liberty for years now had a great service advisor (Bill Large)but he apparently moved onto better things, well apparently he took liberty's customer service with him cause service suc service advisor (Bill Large)but he apparently moved onto better things, well apparently he took liberty's customer service with him cause service sucks now had no issues with truck before Bill left all of a sudden i have a list of items wrong with truck($2800 worth) but does new advisor say anything no I get a letter in the mail listing them. tried scheduling my next oil change and navigating the site is a joke. I've decided its time to take my business else where. More
