Mike was very friendly and attentive. We did have to haggle quite a bit to get the price we wanted and actually were going to walk out when it didn't seem to budge. Once that took place it was all smiles and they were very kind. My boyfriend (the seasoned car buyer) asked for extras like a full tank of gas and for my moonroof to be looked at as well as why the tire pressure gauge was showing low air pressure.
