ON MARCH 9TH 2012 I TOOK MY VAN TO LIBERTY FOR SOME SERVICE. WHILE I WAS WAITING I HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING MIKE MURPHY A SALESMEN THERE, SINCE I SHOWED SOME INTEREST IN THE 4 DOOR CREW CAB TRUCKS T SERVICE. WHILE I WAS WAITING I HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING MIKE MURPHY A SALESMEN THERE, SINCE I SHOWED SOME INTEREST IN THE 4 DOOR CREW CAB TRUCKS THAT THEY HAD IN THERE LOT. THE RED RAM PICKUP THAT I HAD MY EYE ON WAS PURCHASED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER ONLY BECAUSE I DID NOT ACT QUICK ENOUGH. MIKE ASSURED ME THAT AS SOON AS HE GOT ANOTHER ONE IN TRADE THAT HE WOULD CALL ME. WELL HE KEPT HIS WORD AND CALLED ME AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK TO LET ME KNOW WHAT HE HAD IN STOCK WITH THE MILEAGE, COLOR,AND PRICE. ON THURSDAY APRIL 26TH 2012 MY WIFE AND I WENT TO LIBERTY TO SEE ANOTHER RED TRUCK THAT WAS TAKEN IN ON TRADE AFTER GETTING A CALL FROM MIKE THAT HE HAD ON HIS LOT AND ALSO SOME OTHERS THAT I MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN.AFTER LOOKING AT DIFFERENT TRUCKS WE BOTH DECIDED ON ONE THAT WAS A LITTLE OUT OF OUR SPENDING POWER AND CREDIT STATUS, SO WE THOUGHT.THATS WHERE THE GREAT STEVE MOORE THE OWNER AND WINSTON THE SALES MANAGER CAME IN TO PLAY AND AFTER REDUCING THE PRICE ENOUGH TO WHERE WE COULD PAY THE DOWN PAYMENT AND GET MY NOT SO GOOD CREDIT APPROVED, THEY, AS A TEAM WERE ABLE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. I AM THE PROUD OWNER OF A 2011 RAM 1500 QUAD CAB PICK UP TRUCK.THANK YOU VERY MUCH ESPECIALLY TO STEVE MOORE TO WHOM I HAVE THE HIGHEST RESPECT FOR AND ALSO MIKE MURPHY,AND WINSTON WHO DID THERE PART. I went into the dealership knowing I wanted an Acadia, but with particular options. John worked hard to locate a vehicle with just what I wanted plus more. My husband and I actually were at a Chevy dealership across the street from Liberty GMC, looking at trucks. I was so disappointed in the overall experience with the sales person we were dealing with t across the street from Liberty GMC, looking at trucks. Mike Murphy was the sales consultant I was transferred to and I immediately felt more comfortable him. I walked back into the Chevy sales office, got my husband and drove across the street to see Mike. Mike had 3 trucks in mind (after 5 minutes of talking on the phone with me!) that he felt would meet our needs. We bought the first one he showed us which was the one he felt was the best match. We were also lucky to meet and work with sales manager, Winston Gamble. Mr. Gamble was knowledgeable, professional and very calming. He was instrumental in expediting the paperwork to get us out of the door quickly. The Finance person was equally efficient and professional. We would have no hesitation recommending Liberty GMC and specifically Mike Murphy and Winston Gamble to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
