Sold me a damaged vehicle As an out-of-state buyer, I purchased a new vehicle and had it delivered to my residence. I asked if there were any issues or damages to the vehicle, As an out-of-state buyer, I purchased a new vehicle and had it delivered to my residence. When removing the front license plate bracket (which is not required in my state), I found that here were holes drilled into the front bumper. After contacting the dealer. I was told that the issue would be resolved, and to get a quote for repairs from a local Ford dealer. Liberty Ford then refused to pay for the repairs as quoted by the local dealer. They would not even send me touch-up paint so that I could make the repairs myself. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service. Basically, once they got their money from me they were done with me. More
