Great All Around Service Jeff Cormier was our Sales Person. He made our car buying experience fun and not stressful. In the end, he made the deal happen, so we both won. I would recommend going to Liberty Ford and asking for Jeff Cormier if you are looking for a car! More

I gave explicit instructions to my salesperson, as well as the finance manager on duty that the check was to be held until further notice. Before coming to the dealership that evening to consider a purchase, I was assured that the special circumstances with holding the check was not going to be a problem. The reason for the hold was that I was anticipating an insurance claim settlement in the very near future. I would like to add that the finance manager, was not made aware of my request to hold the check until I was personally sitting in front of him when signing the papers. I would have expected that someone other than myself would have pre-warned him of this. Much to my shock and dismay, the check was cashed prematurely, without any notice to myself. At a minimum I would have expected that someone from the dealership call me to see if it was OK to cash. In the end, by cashing the $5,000 check, my bank account was completely drained! To make matters worse, I was heading out of town on vacation later in the week and had no money! Because my account was drained, I ended up having to charge everything until I got paid. On Feb. 20th, 2014 I emailed the dealership notice of bank fees that I incurred, which they had agreed to reimburse me for. Over a week later, I still had not received a response to my email about the status of the reimbursement. What was strange is that my salesperson responded to my email and said he was going to forward it to his manager. Why didn't his manager look into it further? Nobody with any authority seemed to care about my situation. On February 28th, I still hadn't received a response as to the status of the bank fees being reimbursed. I called the dealership and spoke to the General Manager who knew nothing of the reimbursement until my phone call. How could the GM not know the dealership had a very unhappy customer that they still hadn't taken care of? This dealership lacks the ability to communicate to the customer as well as internally amongst their team, lacks customer service, follow-up, and follow-through. If I knew then what I know now, I would have taken my business elsewhere. This has been a very dissatisfying and stressful experience. Sad that nobody wants to accept responsibility and keep the customer happy. More
I have purchased 4 brand new ford vehicles at liberty ford since 1993 that being 20 years.I have spent nearly 100,000 dollars there and have been completely sastified with products and service. My 2002 fo ford since 1993 that being 20 years.I have spent nearly 100,000 dollars there and have been completely sastified with products and service. My 2002 ford explorer which was purchased in 2oo2 for over 30,000 finally let me down after many great years, so being in need of a new vehicle my first thought time to go back to liberty ford in vermilion.I made a few calls speaking to Al a great salesmen worked with me to get a vehicle for my teenaged daughter and it ended up being a 2012 ford focus a certified preowned ford with a great warranty.I had a few concerns about the vehicle and a sales manager Ray kemmer insured he would take care of the concerns so after some back and forth conversations i felt like he was going to treat me like a valueable customer.I went ahead and purchased the car costing me about 17,600 dollars.I came back each day for the next 2 days to get the car and was happy my daughter got her dream car.Eight days after having the car my daughter took the car back to the dealer because the transmission was acting funny and service was closed so Ray the sales manager took the car for a ride and said something is wrong but its not a lincoln so i cant give you a rental car take it home andbring it back tommorrow. The next morning we took it to service and dropped it off and after about 4 hours service department said that the transmission is slipping and it would be atleast 3 days plus sunday to fix the 8 day old car we purchased for 17,600 dollars , NOT TO HAPPY NOW but it got worse no rental car.We wouldn't have bought a new car if we didn't need one so once again Ray Keemer sends a teenaged driver home with a car that has the transmission slipping.I dont know about anyone else but i bought a car that i thought would be safe and dependable for my daughter not a 500 clunker. Its a large car lot but no car for them to give us a loner car and are warranty says if the car will need to be kept overnight we will get a rental car.Beware of Ray once you buy a car you may be on your own.
