Above and beyond to make me happy I gave Bob Hug and Todd a seemingly impossible wish list for the equipment and colors that I wanted in a Lincoln Continental. They kept enlarging their search pattern until they found one that would fit my perfectionism in Indiana. They sent two independent employees 350 miles one way to not only get it, but also to examine it first. There were two imperfections and they sent pictures to Bob and Todd, and they felt that the problems could easily be fixed. The repairs were to my complete satisfaction thanks to very professional service department employees. Finally, we met with Rick Amador on financing. That went very well, and Rick is a very professional guy like every other employee we dealt with at Liberty. We were very pleased to take delivery of this gem of a car. After all of the work that Liberty employees did to make this sale, they gave us a very nice gift!! We will certainly make this our go-to Lincoln dealer in the future. I am so proud to have this vehicle sitting in my garage so I can admire it. Plus, it gets a lot of views when I am out driving as well. More

If they offer to correct an issue because of false advertisement with an outside source drive it to and from yourself, they offer to take your vehicle for you and leave you a rental but joyrides will be taken in your vehicle, with miles added far beyond the distance of the destination and gas used. With no explanation from the sales manager as to why. Which in my opinion, the outside source should be credited by the dealer as it is the dealer that is the customer, and said to have be in business with the outside source for 14+ years. More

Having been the owners of hybrids since 2003 but not having owned a Ford for even longer, we were We recently purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Having been the owners of hybrids since 2003 but not having owned a Ford for even longer, we were surprised to see the difference in the battery-status bar. We wondered whether Ford Mechanics were really knowledgeable enough about hybrids since they haven't become their main type of car/truck yet. We stopped in and spoke with Ryan and all of our fears were put to rest. He explained the different type of battery status measurement that Ford uses and how it works differently than the Toyota type and told us of his electronic engineering background. YAY! Now we can feel confident and ready for whatever issues come along miles into the future. More
