Purchased car from Todd, picked up 2/23. Issues with them: poor approach from Todd, I had to ASK him if he worked there. Told me I COULD NOT get car inspected, I was told store policy. Reall Issues with them: poor approach from Todd, I had to ASK him if he worked there. Told me I COULD NOT get car inspected, I was told store policy. Really? While signing papwtwork I asked Yodd if car had manual. He replied- I don’t know- and kept on doing paperwork. Great effort Todd. I was handed what looked like a key ring by A J. I discarded it when I got home, turns out it was a hard drive for my paperwork. NEITHER Todd or A J approached me while closing and made it very clear what I was handed was a hard drive and it was important I know that. Poor communication. Left with fuel at half fuel, never bought a car that wasn’t totally full, passenger side windshield smeared, great detail job. I had to return the next day to get my replacement hard drive. A J went to far side of counter , then instead of walking to where I was standing he lobbed it to Todd, who dropped it on floor. Professionalism - NOT. IF NOT FOR PRICE OF CAR I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Approach this place with caution. if Todd or AJ wish to dispute what I have written, by all means contact me. This place is horrible they are all liars and thieves please go some where else our car broke down twice in first month second time they kept it a month 4 months after we got the car back they didn't pay please go some where else our car broke down twice in first month second time they kept it a month 4 months after we got the car back they didn't pay the rental car company so they stole 270 dollars from my bank account liberty just keeps lying for 2 weeks now still don't have my money More

We have passed by Liberty Ford for years but haven't brought a car from them until now. Dennis Spisak greeted us as we walked in the door and showed us the car we had been researching. Took it for a tes brought a car from them until now. Dennis Spisak greeted us as we walked in the door and showed us the car we had been researching. Took it for a test drive and came back to purchase it (we had 4 others we wanted to test drive elsewhere). Dennis was helpful and made us feel right at home.
