Best word to describe my car buying experience is helpful. The sales representative Dennis went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and satisfy all of my concerns about buying a car from Libe helpful. Started off with a few problems with my 2021 Explorer XLT, but Liberty Ford was able to redeem themselves through persistence and dedication. This is my second vehicle lease in the last 15 months (the f XLT, but Liberty Ford was able to redeem themselves through persistence and dedication. This is my second vehicle lease in the last 15 months (the first one was a Lemon Law Buyback) and they tried their best to resolve the issues with the vehicle, but the real problem is that Ford has built a vehicle that is "buggy" and without fixes and has some quality issues (body fit & finish) that simply shouldn't be present once the vehicle leaves the production facility. I was hard on the people that I dealt with but they kept to the task at hand and I was frankly impressed with their performance on the whole. More

In finding the truck that was appealing to me, I made contact with Liberty Ford in Parma Heights. They came to the call answering my questions, not that of their own agenda. I cant say the same for their competitors that have been relentless and still blowing up my phone and emails several weeks after I clearly told all that I had found exactly what I was seeking at another dealership. Liberty Ford however was very accommodating. When I told them my time frames, my challenges, and my goals, they honored all and did not use any persuading tactics. In fact they went over and above. I had already made the decision to move forward with a purchase the vehicle in my sights not based upon them, but because it was precisely as I desired. An example of them going above and beyond is that when I defined the day to come out, I told them that my intent was to reach out to a friend or neighbor to bring me out to dealership so that I can test drive and validate expectations of the truck. They offered with zero pressure to have someone pick me up. They actually offered to even conduct complete deal at my home. I didn't do that, but I did accept the offer for the ride, which they ended up driving the truck I was seeking for me to test drive it to the dealership making clear that I was not obligated in any way. I felt no pressure of any sort ever and only felt they had my entire best interests. Dealing with multiple Ford dealerships, Liberty has become my favored preference. I fully endorse the professionalism of all the staff members whom connected to me at Liberty Ford. More
