The people who I called were the Service Manager and General Manager. They won't even call you back! Do not go to Liberty Ford Parma Hts, members of the general public! You will be ripped off and will not receive good service! BEWARE!!!! WARNING!!!! More

AJ Bruno - First Class! I recently did a buy-out of my 2015 Explorer after a 3 year lease. AJ Bruno is the Lease Mgr. He did his best to encourage me to go into another lea I recently did a buy-out of my 2015 Explorer after a 3 year lease. AJ Bruno is the Lease Mgr. He did his best to encourage me to go into another lease but, after he understood that I was definitely going to do the buy-out he was very cooperative and understanding. He provided me with everything I needed to get financing from my own credit union and responded immediately to the information and documents requested. On the final day of the buy-out he was extremely pleasant and very well organized. He had all of his paperwork ready for me to sign and he made sure that I didn't have a long wait when signing additional documents with their finance department. This morning he made a follow-up call just to be sure that everything went through as planned. Even though I didn't lease or purchase a new vehicle, AJ was pleasant, very professional and made dealing with Liberty Ford painless.
