We went to Downtown Motors to get our car checked out as we were leaving for Florida. We had no intention of buying a car although we had been looking for a new car but was not able to find something we we were leaving for Florida. We decided to wait until we got back from Florida in the spring to pursue buying a new car. We had stopped at Downtown Ford some weeks earlier to see if we could find a Lincoln but did not like the cars that we were shown. They were all 2012 models. When we stopped to drop the car off, we met Dave and told him that we were sorry that we were not able to purchase a car from Downtown Motors as we liked dealing with their service department. Dave expressed surprise that we could not find a Lincoln that we liked and showed us the 2013 Lincoln MKT. It had all the features that we were looking for- evidently it had just come in. Dave took us for a test drive and we liked the smooth comfortable ride that we experienced. It was also the right color! We found the information that Dave gave us about the different options for purchasing very helpful . Also we appreciated the prompt and courteous manner in which it was done. Dave made it easy for us to make the buying decision- the price was right and he took care of all the paper work including getting the new license plates sent to us in Florida. If we hadn't met Dave that day, we would probably have driven our old Lincoln to Florida and would not have had the great entertainment that we enjoyed in the new car. Made the trip seem a lot shorter. Dave is to be commended for recognizing and seizing the opportunity to make a sale. We are glad he did. More

My mother is in her 70's and was in need of a new vehicle; she hadn't bought a new one in almost 13 years. This being the first major purchase since my father passed away, she was pretty nervous abo vehicle; she hadn't bought a new one in almost 13 years. As an observer, I can tell you that the whole experience was outstanding! Everyone was very patient with my mother as it really took time to explain everything to her...sometimes more than once. It was really nice to see her treated in such a respectful and caring manor. The salesperson, Don, even came in on his day off to deliver the car to her and explain how everything worked. This was a great car buying experience and I highly recommend shopping at Downtown Ford if you want to be treated with respect and get a great deal. More
