Not A Good Experience Had great experience when this dealership was in Solon but not sure what the difference is now that they moved to Aurora. Bad News !! I ordered a new 2019 Edge ST from Aurora Ford on Aug 31, 2018, I was somewhat disappointed I couldn't get the interior the way I wanted it because of I ordered a new 2019 Edge ST from Aurora Ford on Aug 31, 2018, I was somewhat disappointed I couldn't get the interior the way I wanted it because of the method by which one interior is all that available for that model. The build date was Nov 8, 2018, I was promised the car by the end of November, when I called December 10, 2018 and inquired where the cas was? They couldn't find it! I canceled the order! More

Car Issues and just got tags!!! While the sales transaction with Sales Rep Austin Landis went smooth, the response to my service issues was quite the opposite. I just purchased the car, got tags last week and already have squealing at the front end. I was advised to "simply call service." To already be having a serpentine belt issues with potentially bad idler or crank shaft pulleys is ridiculous. Car has 69k on it and I even purchased the extended power train warranty!! This is something I plan to share with anyone that asks how my purchase experience was. I hope they don't have this type of response. After purchasing from a dealer of this size and caliber, you should not need to be back in a service bay less than 45 days of purchase, new or used!!! More
