They scammed me, literally. Original deal was 72 months @ 9.9% interest on the loan, only paperwork I reveiwed and or was shown. When I got to the dealership to pick up the truck Nathan said Ford would only go 60 months the payment went up. No big deal year less financing. Did not have my reading glasses, had me sign on a little notepad. Handed me paperwork on a disc, didn't review it until I got home. I was shocked the interest rate went up to 20.99%. Also, was using the X plan, did not have pin # when I signed that day. Nathan asked for the pin, I asked if I did not give it to him would I have to resign, he said yes, I said good I will NOT resign. All the sudden the office did something so I did not have to resign. WOULD NEVER HAVE SIGNED FOR 20.99%, THEY WILL NOT FIX. I am about to turn it back in as a voluntary repo. I rather have a repo they pay them 50k for interest that I was NEVER informed of. MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING! More

Then when the car arrived there was only one key fob. Do you think they could spring for a second ( can only be supplied by a Ford dealer ) ??? Nope. It would have cost them about a hundred bucks. I spent over thirty two grand at their establishment and they could care less about my satisfaction. Never again……… More
This is the 4th Edge I've purchased from Liberty. Nathan was a cut above during this whole process. I was able to drive 2 different vehicles for a couple of days to decide.
