The customer services is the worst. We verbally agreed to a price and they changed the numbers in the contract. I can't recall the woman's name, but I bought a used '05 Taurus from her about a year ago (company lease buy out). She was extremely friendly and helped troubleshoot a financing dilemma I was having. I took my 2002 Expedition the Liberty Ford Solon for service (cracked exhaust manifold). The dealer had the truck for 5 day but indicated that the service was completed in two. They were unable to exp service (cracked exhaust manifold). The dealer had the truck for 5 day but indicated that the service was completed in two. They were unable to explain the remaining three days. When I picked up the truck there was damage to the front bumper (dented and paint chipped) and the left running board and rear quarter panel. I notified the service manager and store manager. Both informed me that "leaving my truck with them was no different that parking in a KMART parking lot." They are not responsible for damage that occurs while the truck is in their lot. Think twice about doing business with a company that is this irresponsible with your investment! More
