I received a letter in the mail stating the dealership was interested in buying back the model truck i had at the time. I took the letter, went into the Dealership and met "Ron". The customer service was terrible. I waited over a month (5 weeks!) to get my car into the shop for recall work and for warranty work because they didn't have any complimentary cars available. The quality of work was terrible as they wouldn't fix my dents which are covered under the expensive warranty they sold me and said that I should take it to my insurance company because it wouldn't be easy work for them. Their friendliness didn't exist, they didn't communicate anything they didn't have to and even left some things out as I waited where I dropped my car off for almost 15 minutes before someone said they pulled it up front, a place that no one mentioned nor was there any rational reason to do so. My overall experience has been bad from the moment I encountered the dealership. I called them about my car as they had it listed in stock, which they confirmed. So I drove an hour away to get there when I found that the car was actually at a branch much closer to me. The price was a rip-off. I paid for a dent, scratch, crack warranty, but when it came time to use it, they told me to take it up with my insurance company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
Bought a 2005 mustang. Negotiated price was not the price that appeared on the bill of sale. I was owed service on the car because it was not on the lot very long before I bought it. I made a list of repairs for the auto shop and body shop. After one full week the car was returned with only 2 issues fixed and the rest untouched. I was also told they got more dents and scratches out than I knew were there. Again one dent removed and dozens of others still there. I am not happy with the service that was done to the car for the price I paid. I have had the car back for one week and now the engine is knocking. Of all the issues the car had, they only fixed 2. Not happy not satisfied would not recommend this dealer to anyone who wants a job well done. I was promised the car to be fixed and the body cleaner than it appeared. More
Car listed online, advertised as just like new when in actuality was a rust bucket. Salesman was asked on phone about rust said it had a small surface rust spot when in actuality the entire undercarriage actuality was a rust bucket. I wanted to trade in my Escape for a more fuel efficient car since I was driving much more than I had expected. My usual salesman was not available so Pete worked with me. It was a pressured, hard sell and I wished I walked out. Pete made me feel like an idiot for not taking this deal. Typical for male salesman with female buyers. In addition the car I was looking at was focus titanium. They of course did not disclose that the my touch was not working properly in these cars. That was the feature that had caught my attention. It did not work for the first 6 months I owned the car until the new software came out. Lemon law did not fit the situation because it was not a "significant enough" problem. The general manager said he would make it right but then never called. No integrity here. Just want your money More

We saw a used car for sale within our price range. We talked with Keir and asked if we could get more in for our trade-in - he made it happen. He promised us that the car is in good condition. My wife and I visited the showroom on June 14 with the intention of buying a new Escape to replace our 2002 Escape which we loved. We test drove two models and it was getting late. As we were leaving at closing time, I informed the young man that I was a serious buyer and I gave him a ballpark idea of the difference I was willing to pay for the new vehicle, with mine in trade. He said he would discuss it with his boss in the morning and give me a call. Well, the call never came. A week passed and we decided to go to Mullinax East. We purchased our new Escape at Mullinax last night for a difference in price within $200 of the number I gave the young man. Opportunity lost! Learn a lesson...make your follow-up calls! Your customers expect you to do what you say you're going to do. I for one, am not about to chase someone to give them my money. If a dealer cannot follow up on a simple sales call, what must their all-around service be like? BN More
