When the vehicle was purchased it was going through our service process which unfortunately can take some time to complete. It is our company's mission to sell quality products and sell vehicles that are serviced properly. The vehicle did have two working keys when it was finished in our service department. One was hard to turn. In response to your verbal complaint we offered to cut and program another key for you, which we did.
