I called last week to set an appointment and the earliest I could get in was September 25th, when I questioned the gentleman who answered the phone on why so far out... his comment was to me " I don't make the rules and I'm telling you what my manager told me to say, and if you don't like that date you don't have to make the appointment" I was shocked at how rude he was to me--- needless to say I made the appointment for 9/25, but promptly got off the phone and called another Ford Dealership and got in next Thursday 5/7 , in fact they are going to pick up the Escape from my home at 8 am in the morning and provide me with a rental car for as long as the fix takes I realize there is nothing you can do about this, but i will tell you that I have been up to this point satisfied with the service I have gotten at Liberty , but I will also tell you that the salesman is the conduit that gets me the car, but the service department is who i rely on to keep me coming back. More

Because of an unpleasant previous car buying experience, in which the car salesman was pushy and over eager to make a sale and not exactly truthful about what was being offered me, I wasn't expecting my vis in which the car salesman was pushy and over eager to make a sale and not exactly truthful about what was being offered me, I wasn't expecting my visit to Liberty Ford Solon to be any different. But it was clearly a difference of night and day. In fact, I am so pleased that I'm taking my time in writing this review in show of my gratitude toward the Liberty Ford Solon Team. I spent six hours on a Saturday trying to find a vehicle that would suite me and my budget. I would say, on my part, that I was very indecisive. I used a lot of their time with out finally choosing anything. My surprise came when they offered me a brand new F150 to take home over the weekend, to see if I would like it. When Monday arrived I had told them I would like it but that I needed some time to work out my finances. I wound up changing my mind again, some time later. Long story short. They never lost patience with me and they kept in touch with me until finally placing me in the right vehicle, even with the poor credit rating that I have. I'm especially appreciative to my salesman, Rob Harger. He kept on his job in the most agreeable way and put me on the road when I needed it most. Christopher Davis More

Rob Harger was not a pushy salesman, which I cannot stand, but very calm and asked me and my husband what we wanted. We told him some options and together came up with the right vehicle. Rob also got me a better price than other Ford dealerships. Now I am loving my new 2013 Ford Explorer and having fun driving it. The vehicle is so high tech it is actually fun talking to sync and telling it what I want. The best deal for me is that I can walk into Liberty Ford any day or time and say "my car is dirty" and Rob or anyone else will run it through the car wash! I also get emails from Ford reminding me of how to use all the new cool features on my new vehicle! These are very helpful. I also have a cool Liberty Calendar for 2013 on my fridge with a picture of me with my new Explorer! Love it! I was worried about buying a new vehicle and getting a slick salesman but Rob Harger is not that person. I highly recommend stopping in and just talking with him. Tell him what you are looking for, no pressure! More
I received a letter in the mail stating the dealership was interested in buying back the model truck i had at the time. I took the letter, went into the Dealership and met "Ron". He was the nicest,most courteous, patient salesman i had met in a very long time. I was with another dealership way accoss town. But, now, I will be coming back to "Liberty Ford" in Solon. More
I would recommend this dealership to other prospective buyers because they are friendly and provide superior service. The customer service was terrible. I waited over a month (5 weeks!) to get my car into the shop for recall work and for warranty work because they didn't have any complimentary cars available. The quality of work was terrible as they wouldn't fix my dents which are covered under the expensive warranty they sold me and said that I should take it to my insurance company because it wouldn't be easy work for them. Their friendliness didn't exist, they didn't communicate anything they didn't have to and even left some things out as I waited where I dropped my car off for almost 15 minutes before someone said they pulled it up front, a place that no one mentioned nor was there any rational reason to do so. My overall experience has been bad from the moment I encountered the dealership. I called them about my car as they had it listed in stock, which they confirmed. So I drove an hour away to get there when I found that the car was actually at a branch much closer to me. The price was a rip-off. I paid for a dent, scratch, crack warranty, but when it came time to use it, they told me to take it up with my insurance company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
Bought a 2005 mustang. Negotiated price was not the price that appeared on the bill of sale. I was owed service on the car because it was not on the lot very long before I bought it. I made a list of repairs that appeared on the bill of sale. I was owed service on the car because it was not on the lot very long before I bought it. I made a list of repairs for the auto shop and body shop. After one full week the car was returned with only 2 issues fixed and the rest untouched. I was also told they got more dents and scratches out than I knew were there. Again one dent removed and dozens of others still there. I am not happy with the service that was done to the car for the price I paid. I have had the car back for one week and now the engine is knocking. Of all the issues the car had, they only fixed 2. Not happy not satisfied would not recommend this dealer to anyone who wants a job well done. I was promised the car to be fixed and the body cleaner than it appeared. More
