I was lied to by both the salesperson and the used car manager at Liberty Ford of Solon. Tried to escalate up to the dealership manager and they would not return calls. That seemed to be their mo. Ford Motor Company makes fine vehicles, and there are a lot of Ford dealerships out there. Just DO NOT use a Liberty Ford Dealership. You will be disappointed at almost every step of the process of buying a car.You will be lied to, calls will not be returned etc. Find a different Ford dealership A. King More
