Liberty Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler on March 30th. The deal, financially was terrible. Something seemed off about the deal which should have been my sign to walk away. But, as many could probably relate, they w financially was terrible. Something seemed off about the deal which should have been my sign to walk away. But, as many could probably relate, they wear you down and make you wait so long that you’re ready to just sign some papers and be done. After doing some research with other banks and working with numbers at home, I realized they made one heck of a profit on my naivety while acting like I was pinching every ounce of their profit. They said I had a less than excellent credit score which is actually very far from the truth. I will be paying thousands over the MSRP and their profit is thousands over a reasonable profit to expect. (This is above the typical interest rate, taxes, etc. I’m not completely ignorant to that) The salesperson, Antonio made a comment more than once saying I need to make it worth his while to be here during a pandemic. He tried to make it come off as a joke but it was off-putting. Twice while working a deal he made a comment with a condescending chuckle that was offensive. Again, I know I have a voice and could have walked away. But there’s no excuse for it in the first place. There were a couple other minor issues that just didn’t measure up to a high-quality buying experience. So, while I’ll own up to my stupidity for not walking away, I think it’s appropriate to share my experience as that is what these reviews are for. I thought long and hard about writing a review as I’m generally not one to post negative experiences. I ignored the dealer survey and I wish I would have just done it. I regret working with Liberty. The finance department put me into a loan that charges a hefty 1.75% or $955 to refinance before month 48. I tried working with the dealer and was told pound sand. Be careful with Mychelle in finance. Read everything twice! More
