Hello Ron, I don't have enough information to be able to look into this for you. Typically, everybody has to pay the cost to get the vehicle's trailer brake controller programmed/installed. At the same time, it's something that should have been discussed with you and you would have signed an estimate before we perform any work; in turn, there shouldn't have been any surprises by the time the vehicle is ready for pick up. The way the points/cash back works is at the end of your billing statement, you can apply your cashback to your statement. We don't have any control over that, it is how the Mastercard is set up. So when you make a purchase here, you accrue points that you can then receive cash back for however you choose.
