Good afternoon and thanks for your review! After speaking with the salesman, and reading the text conversation you guys had, any issues unfortunately occurred after you left, and as soon as we were notified of any issues, Steve offered to fix them immediately. I know you're an hour away, but obviously we can't fix any issues without the vehicle, and the vehicle passed inspection so we couldn't fix what wasn't broken, or we would have. We have a check list of things we inspect before even being able to sell any vehicle-new or used, and this vehicle passed inspection. We strive to take care of each and every customer, providing excellent customer satisfaction and are rated highly over surrounding dealerships. Keep in mind, your salesman is responsible for assuring the vehicle completed inspection and was looked over by the tech, he cannot guarantee you will never have issues. Your salesman apologized that you are having issues and he did hold his word as soon as he was notified of the issues. He offered to fix them and make things right, and you politely declined and stated you didn't expect us to fix it just wanted to make us aware. As far as Brake Plus goes, that safety feature is highly recommended and reduces your chance of a rear-end collision by 51% which is why we install it on each of our vehicles. You said "turns out it was never installed", but just to verify-we did install it on 5/2/22 and it was working properly (it is a very faint pulsing of the top brake light). If it stopped working, we wanted to make it right to ensure your satisfaction. I am very sorry you have ran into some issues and I understand your frustration, but at the same time we did everything we could to try to make things right for you, unlike your "stereotypical" dealership. First let me clarify, the service and communication were great. I have no complaints against Steve at all, he was trustworthy and I know he wasn’t at fault… the car may have passed the inspection, but the inspection failed, and that needs to be known. A stuck caliper doesn’t happen overnight, or during an hour ride home. People make mistakes, and I don’t expect perfection out of anyone or the dealership. And if small mistake’s were missed, I also don’t care, but if it effects the safety of my family I do. The issues didn’t occur after we left, they just weren’t noticed till after we left. By the time we got home from the dealership the passenger side wheel was screeching because the rotor was warped from being so hot. Not only did we not have the time to bring it back, but it wasn’t safe to drive it back. The brake plus was installed on 5/2/22, but I was told the vehicle was only at the dealership for a week and a half… that was almost a month before we looked at it. And Chrysler absolutely does not require brake plus on their vehicles… that’s nonsense. I know someone who’s worked at a Dodge, Jeep and Chrysler dealership for over 20 years, he checked with their service department and they’ve never heard of it. So that is a lie, and I’ll stand by that unless you provide proof of this, because I’m not seeing it anywhere. If you or your manager can email me and provide me proof of this then I’ll delete this portion of my review, because I’m not finding this to be even remotely true. I appreciate the effort to fix the issues, I really do. But the inspections need to be more thorough, because this should not have been missed. We can make excuses till the cows come home, but I will make our experience known for other buyers discretion. You are not responsible for issues that happen after we purchase the vehicle, and I signed papers stating that. But this is my experience, I rest my case. Thank you

Anyone that was involved has been made aware of the issue, in hopes that it doesn't happen again in the future. We are not making excuses by any means, just stating that we definitely tried and wanted to make things right. I (personally) was under the impression Chrysler required Brake Plus, but as soon as I wrote the reply-I asked about that, and no it is not required by Chrysler, which is why I edited my first response correctly to "that safety feature is highly recommended and reduces your chance of a rear-end collision by 51% which is why we install it on each of our vehicles." So I do apologize for that, as I respond to reviews accordingly and wanted to fact check myself before posting that. Either way, I again truly apologize for any issues that occurred, and we would never intentionally put you or your family at risk. Maybe we could have put more time into the inspection, and I again at this point can only apologize. I wish you had a better experience, and maybe you will try again with us in the future.
