Well 2 years ago we bought a brand new vehicle! Got it home realized that there were scratches and dings all over it and the front door was dented in! My husband actually was able to fix that! Well emailed pics ect.. for months and brought the car up there several times and still hasn’t been fixed or contacted to do so! So they say first come first serve and they are days out with appointments! They don’t have lending vehicles for people that have kids and one vehicle so if you need get your car in there even for just diagnostics you have to leave your vehicle there and be without for several days most likely! I had an appt to meet Bo Mosley at 7:30 a.m. 2 days ago because when I called up there express I g concerns with my vehicle both past and present( rear spiller and light flew off while driving and radio turns off and on daily whenever) someone was laughing at me on the phone because I was upset. So Bo, gets on the phone acting concerned tells me to be there the next day at 7:30. I show up and he never does I waited until 9!!! Mind you, 4 kids waiting on me. A worker,Hank, she was nice, but talks to much about how xxxxty her place of business is. Said someone came in with a gun a couple weeks ago and threatened them. Told me that “oh we don’t get any emails from online or texts so people do it for no reason”. I told her maybe she should take that part off their site because it’s false advertising thinking you made an appt and you don’t ever really have one because they don’t get that at their office lol if you respond to the texts they don’t get them either!! That’s crazy to me and soooo UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was born and raised here bought cars here all my life( both their place but hinesville surrounding areas) this is the worst place to buy a car from and I will tell everyone I know (which is a lot of people) born and raised and my hubby and family, to not ever purchase a vehicle here!! And my husband is a veteran to be walked over avoided and just treated with so much unprofessionalism is beyond me! Hank also said they have a car I. Their system over 2 years ago that still hasn’t been worked on for body stuff!!!! That’s not acceptable! I mean come on 2 years!!! But hey it’s been 2 years for my damage so yeah I can see that but over 2! Guess that’s why we are still waiting with no emails or calls!!!!!! ridiculous and unprofessional Don’t Buy from here!!!!! You will regret it!!! You wouldn’t have people threaten you with guns or complain all the time if you ran your business properly(Hank), she said everyday she gets complaints, well as a business you shouldn’t want complaints everyday and that’s to the GM and everyone that works up there. Treat people how you wanna be treated. It may not be a big deal to you all because im sure you can just whip your ride in there and forget the first come first serves xx and get yours fixed where as others have to wait days so think how we feel. The customers that pay thousands of dollars to make y’all money! I also do t u derstand how 4 cars pulled up with me the day of, waited in line with me, they just got there, were In the waiting room with me while I waited for Bo Mosley, who never came, and they actually got their vehicles done and out as I sat there, but they are days behind, first come first serve, that’s bull****! Someone called while I was there to inquire about a diagnostic test that day and Hank told them no it would be several days, but how did these women pull up in their service line at 7:30 a.m., get serviced, then out by 9 if it’s days out for just a simple diagnostic test?!?! Oh and let me not forget to tell you all don’t let your car get in empty while sitting g in their line because I was informed I would be charged double for gas if they had to put any in at their place so I had to leave and then come back!!!!! But I bought my vehicle from them smh!!! Do NOT come here!!!!Woody Folsom is where all need to go! Always has been and will be the BEST!!! More
People, do yourself a favor and stay away as far of this dealer as possible. I've never experienced such a bad threatment from anyone recommended. The lack of customer service is evident. As you may understand recommending a third party business that lacks of professionalism and disrespect your customers, directly reflects the type of business the dealer is. Absolutely awful experience and will certainly share this through any and all means necessary so that they realize what they have done. Needless to say, the same experience and review will be left for the disrespectful Autographics business, owner and or whoever was the one that behave in that way, all of this in the dealer's premises. Honestly prefer to drive a little farther to a dealer that will appreciate my business and will take care of me properly. More

I’ve never in my life had this bad of customer service. They have kept our car for almost 3 weeks now and have been giving us specified days that it will be done and ready for pickup. They have never once called or emailed us for updates, the only reason we know anything is because we have to keep calling them to find anything out. I’m livid. And the service writer Jen Crowell laughs every time we speak as if this is a joke. More
Troy was SOOOOOO amazing. If it wasn’t for him, we would of went to a different dealership. He helped us with a lot and he knew everything there was to know about the car. We have purchased 3 new cars from liberty Chrysler. The 1st one was a different sales person, but the second 2 were both with “Suspender Troy”.
