My parents drove all the way from Bangor Maine after being lied to. The salesman stated they would trade two of my parents vehicles for a GMC Acadia. My parents took both vehicles down to the dealership being lied to. The salesman stated they would trade two of my parents vehicles for a GMC Acadia. My parents took both vehicles down to the dealership. After over a four hour drive to the dealership my parents got told they would never take either vehicle for a trade after stating they would. Stated they knew what the vehicle was and when my parents asked about the car they lied and said they had no idea about the Acadia. The sales person didn’t know the seatbelt didn’t work. Didn’t know it wasn’t a three row car. Knew nothing about the car. They tried to rip my parents off with the prices and stuff as well but my dad knew better as he use to work for a dealership. Needless to say my parents got lied to over and over again and they came back home. Over an 9 hour trip all together and lots of gas. I would safe your time. More
Bad experience !!! Stop ! Before you get disappointed try another dealer. Warranty work on a new car. Service department is undesirable I was accused of tampering with my car. This is due to a lack of experience when you decide to deny a warranty item you better able to back up what your saying 100% My feeling was they were no capable of performing the necessary work required. I went to another dealer they completed necessary repairs with no problem I was pleased and very happy pleasant service writer capable of performing all necessary repairs under warranty. Liberty Chevrolet is the last place I would do business with. More

BE AWARE!!!!!!!! They should allow you to choose no stars, seems the minimum is one. FAIR WARNING!!!!!! Be very careful doing business with the Liberty Chevrolet service dept.. This morning I brought stars, seems the minimum is one. FAIR WARNING!!!!!! Be very careful doing business with the Liberty Chevrolet service dept.. This morning I brought my truck in for routine maintenance, oil change and 4X4 driveline service. I waited in the lounge area, the service rep. came out and told me I had 3 brake light outs. The 3rd brake light(mounted on the cab) and the right and left upper brake lights in my taillight assy. The price was $215 to change the bulbs, I decline the repair. It only takes 5 to 10 minutes each to replace these bulbs and the bulbs only cost $6 each. I left Liberty and went directly to Bulbs + on Rt. 1 and asked the sale person to watch my brake lights as I stepped on the pedal, the 3rd light did not work but the right and left upper brake lights work fine. If I had been someone who didn't know anything about cars they probably would have agreed to the repair and paid $125 to change bulbs that worked just fine. Be careful who you trust, even the dealership will try and screw you. All I have been able to think about today is the poor women who was in the lounge before waiting for her car, they came out and told her she needed other work done. It would take this much additional time and cost this much. How much did they screw her out of. I talked with Lenny the service manager, he ultimately asked me to bring the truck back so he could see for himself that they worked. I drove back to Liberty from my work in Beverly, I stepped on the brake he said the right upper wasn't working but the left was. I said no way, he stepped on the brake and it was working fine. I stepped on it again he said yes it is working. His finals words were, "My apologize for this". More

Its all about Customer Service. I had a very interesting day car shopping (12/31/19). I started out a Mirak Chevy in Arlington. Walked into the showroom and started looking around, I had a very interesting day car shopping (12/31/19). I started out a Mirak Chevy in Arlington. Walked into the showroom and started looking around, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Sat in a couple of Blazers(very nice, by the way) then went outside and looked around the upper and lower lots looking at the Equinox. Including my time in the showroom, I was there 25-30 minutes, still no one asked if they could help me. The thing is, there were no other customers in the showroom. Plenty of people working, NO customers. I went back to the showroom and finally was greeted by someone in reception, and I promptly asked "How do I get to Lannan Chevy" and walked out. They didn't blink an eye. On to Lannan. I was greeted by someone in reception who said "Hi" but that was it. No effort was made to ask if I needed help. I sat in a couple of different Equinox, adjusted the seat, steering wheel, side view mirrors and checked the storage area in the rear(I'm told these are all signals of a serious client) and spent time reading all the information on the sticker. There was ONE other customer in the showroom. I walked back and forth across the showroom, making eye contact with several people sitting at desks and in offices and again, NO one asked if they could help me. After 15-20mins of this I walked out. On to Liberty. As you can imagine, I'm already on edge. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Phil Russo. He even apologized to make sure he wasn't taking a customer away from another salesman. We spoke briefly about what I was looking for and we headed for the lot. We located a beautiful gun-metal gray AWD Equinox with a remote start(the only option I was looking for) and we took it for a test drive. Great car! Handles like my 20yr old Camry. Back at the showroom, Phil showed me the benefits of lease vs purchase and fully explained what the lease price is based on. After a little back and forth, I came away with what I thought was a fair deal on the lease. This is what I would call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and All in all a very good experience.I hope Phil is still working there in 3yrs when I trade up. More
