Bad business Found a used expedition that I was very happy about. Once we paid for it we were told that was a problem they had to fix with the steering wheel pump, Found a used expedition that I was very happy about. Once we paid for it we were told that was a problem they had to fix with the steering wheel pump, and that took one week. I drove the truck for about 10 days and the steering wheel got really hard, which only proves to me that they either didn’t fix it properly, used salvaged parts or don’t know how to fix it because now they are fixing it again for a week today and no phone calls or anything. What a bad experience . And on top of that they broke the running board on that first week that they were fixing the car and the ac never worked! They try to run away from it , no phone calls. How can I trust that this truck will be ok after the fix if that ever even happens? With 3 little kids this is the worse feeling. Besides the time and stress over this, I really hope they make it right some how More
