Horrible Came in for an oil change and when I checked the oil level a few days later I was surprised to find out there was 1 extra quart of oil in the pan and Came in for an oil change and when I checked the oil level a few days later I was surprised to find out there was 1 extra quart of oil in the pan and had to drain oil to get to the proper level. I also called service department and let them know. More

Chevy New Vehicle Experience I thought the sales were great. I thought the final completion lacked on a few items. The finance was not completed when I arrived to sign contract, t I thought the sales were great. I thought the final completion lacked on a few items. The finance was not completed when I arrived to sign contract, the vehicle I purchased was not ready. I left with the new car and it was called back for a recall part. The final steps should have been planned and executed better. More

Vehicle service Work on vehicle was great. However service was not. I dropped my car off for an oil change and new inspection sticker for a 7am appt. I first calle Work on vehicle was great. I first called about 130 and left a message for an update and time that i could pick up my car. By 3 i still got no response and called 3 more times until 430. Each call went to voicemail and i received no response. At 430 i called and told receptionist i have called multiple times and have not heard back and wanted to speak to someone in service, i was disconnected twice and third time again i got voicemail. I called back again and explained i did not want to be put to voicemail an d wanted to speak to someone in service. I was put on hold then the call disconnected again. Finally at approx 450 i spoke to someone and was told my car was ready. I find it outrageous that it took 10 hours for an oil change and and 9 phone calls over 3 hours for a response More
