Finally got my car back Wednesday night October 10th after reviewing the work order I looked up what was replaced and discovered it was a former recall by GM. I called to speak to the service advisor on my case only to find out he has been let go this repair cost me 1100.00 and i'm not sure about the results yet. More

Worst service I’ve had I scheduled my appointment a week in advance for 10:30am for an oil change and an inspection sticker. In years past of coming here for that exact serv I scheduled my appointment a week in advance for 10:30am for an oil change and an inspection sticker. In years past of coming here for that exact service it usually takes about an hour but for some reason it took almost 2 hours this time. There was about 4-5 people that were waiting at 10:30 so it makes me think you guys are scheduling too many appointments for a short amount of time. I also noticed all the service guys are new so I don’t knownif it’s their fault. Either way I ended up missing my 12:30 appointment because this simple service too 2 hours when i scheduled it a week in advance. Completely unacceptable and i may not be coming back. More
