Passenger airbag repair I brought my 2010 Chevy Malibu in because the passenger airbag light wouldn't always come on when my wife sat in the seat (it worked for me and for my I brought my 2010 Chevy Malibu in because the passenger airbag light wouldn't always come on when my wife sat in the seat (it worked for me and for my son). They said the airbag sensor needed to be replaced and that it was a common problem. Ok for safety I reluctantly agreed to the work. $1083.00 was the bill. I picked up the car and the problem was still there. It either wouldn't come on or wouldn't stay on when my wife sat in the seat. I called and talked to the service rep who said he would call me back with some options. He never did. I eventually found out he didn't work there anymore. I brought the car back to have them check it out again. They had it all day and part of the next. It was very hard to get anyone to call me back just to get an update. However, I will say that everyone, the receptionist, and all the service people were all very polite and professional. When I finally picked it up, they said there was nothing wrong they could find. I don't enjoy writing this and most likely this is just a fluke. I have had this car and another Chevy there for other services and was fully satisfied. Since the problem was not fixed with the new sensor, I believe it is reasonable to conclude that the sensor was not the issue. Right now I just want a refund. More

Got car cleaned and oil changed. I got my car cleaned. Interior was still greasy and wet, and cup holder coaster is missing. Trash still in car. Overall unhappy and was given the wron I got my car cleaned. Interior was still greasy and wet, and cup holder coaster is missing. Trash still in car. Overall unhappy and was given the wrong key upon arrival. It’s been a few days and surfaces still are not dry and soap residue is still there. I had to wipe down all surfaces myself. I thought I paid for a service so I wouldn’t have to clean the car myself, otherwise I would have saved the money and cleaned it myself. Otherwise, my family and I have had many years of loyal service and we keep coming back after 20 years. I just think there should be a little more attention to detail. More

The shuttle service was extremely convenient. I was told the service was going to be a few hours and waiting wouldn’t be practical. But with no ride the shuttle was fantastic.
