This Has to be The Worst Dealership I have ever dealt with! I ordered a 2025 s.u. v. they told me 1-2 months ok after 3 months I called and left a message to inquire about my car(because they never have with! I ordered a 2025 s.u. v. they told me 1-2 months ok after 3 months I called and left a message to inquire about my car(because they never have a salesperson answer your call) they finally call me back the next day and tell me my car wasn't ordered because of some lame excuse and I should come up and get my deposit back. I told them I wanted my car not my deposit back. I believe it was due to the price of my 2022 had dropped in value and they didn't want to honor it and to top iy off The Salesman said to me to come up and get my deposit and hung up on me a complete turn around opposed to when I went in to purchase the car I trade my cars in for a new one every 2/3 years More

1st they screwed me out of a 1500$ warrenty that ran same time as pre certified.Lied to face about that. 5xs had car min of 3 days.No loner, or replacement of part.Now not giving me my deposit on new almost time as pre certified.Lied to face about that. 5xs had car min of 3 days.No loner, or replacement of part.Now not giving me my deposit on new almost purchased car. Would crawl before recommending them. 2 cars purchased from this dealership. Not so much as a key battery again. Worst dealership. Childish to keep screwing with me. Joe Kerr was my salesman for a used vehicle I purchased and he met all expectations in getting it ready for me in a timely manner. I was stressed and in a 'time" crunch to get a vehicle and with his profes and he met all expectations in getting it ready for me in a timely manner. If I could leave - stars I would. .!! After being a customer for over 20 years I'm done with this dealership. Having my trucks serviced here L.O.F. with tire rotations sometimes they .!! After being a customer for over 20 years I'm done with this dealership. Having my trucks serviced here L.O.F. with tire rotations sometimes they don't rotate the tires so I learned to mark the two front tires with chalk. When I pick up the truck that's the first thing I look for. The last occasion I went in for a L.O.F., they didn't rotate the tires, didn't grease the tie rod ends. I went back inside to talk with the service manager and he all but called me a liar when I said they skipped these two service items. When got him off his xxx to take a look at the truck, it took about 45 minutes to get it back inside to correct the issues. He made no effort what so ever to appologize for the lack of attention to the service. I requested on three occasions to talk with the general manager but he would not see or talk with me. Be VERY, VERY careful if you bring your vehicle in for service. I have move on to having my trucks serivced at Albrecht GMC in Wakefield. New customers receive a free L.O.F. Have been there twice and they are professionals. Liberty Chevrolet is in the BUSH League compared to Albrecht GMC. General Motors Regional Offices should take a hard look at how Liberty Chevrolet operates. More

Good Management, the manager was very welcoming and professional. Finance guy (Blake) very professional and quick. BUT Don't deal with the guy named Ben (with the small beard). He was pushing me so hard to write a good review about right at the beginning and before even we finished the transaction of purchasing the car, just to realize that was he cares about " a good review for his bonus" but the service was very poor, he didn't show us all the good stuff that can be offered to us. When I texted him with some questions he completely ignored my messages and never got back to me. If you happen to go to Liberty Chevrolet stay away from the young Ben, the office right at the entrance door. My rating is mostly based on the poor customer service of Ben (unfortunately I gave him a good review because he asked for it before we were able to finish the transaction. don't do that" More
