Salesman were very friendly. Making me buy an Ikon (LoJack) when I paid cash for the car was infuriating. This $1,000 add on is not even mentioned until the paperwork had begun. This seems very shady and makes me wonder what else the dealership may be be trying to pull. I didn’t know that it only had 1 smart key until much later in the process. It was so expensive to have your team make me the second key. You should wave the labor fee and sell me the key at cost. This is like charging a huge price to buy a spare tire that happens to be missing. More

Went through my warranty to order a new battery without checking my car he ASSUMED it was battery I told himm its not the battery he got upset and said he's been doing his job many years and knows its the battery I said its not can u check my car. HE ORDERED A BATTERY AFTER I TOLD HIM NOT TO TILL HE CHECKS MY CAR..MY CAR SAT IN THE BACK ALL DAY IN THE SUN..CALLS ME AT THE END OF THE DAY SAYING IT WASNT THE BATEERY. NO duh I got mad he ordered the battery..said for me to leave it over night so they can figure it out in the morning MORNING comes I get a call saying its my dashcam..I laughed I said no its not that light came on months later after I got my dashcam..again he got mad saying the technician has been there 20 years..I said ok u told me that about yourself and ordered my battery without even checking my car. HE SAID I CAN IT SOMEWHERE ELSE IF ID LIKE. I SAID NO I need u guys to fix my car do your guys job and figure it out AN HOUR LATER HE CALLS ME AFTER THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO ACTUALLY CHECK MY CAR AND TELL ME 3 WIRES HAD BEEN CHEWED BY A RAT OR RODENT..I LIVE IN OUTSKIRTS SO THAT MADE SENSE..CALLED ME 2 HOURS LATER THAT IT WAS FIXED I SOMEHOW GOT CHARGED FOR 4 HOURS AND HAD TO PAY $940. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE THEY WONT EVEN CHECK YOUR CAR UNLESS U ARGUE WITH THEM..AUSTIN NEEDS A DIFFERENT JOB. OH MY DASHCAM WAS DISCONNECTED BY THEM SO I COULDNT SEE ANYTHING THEY DID More
