Rodney in the service area called me the day before I picked it up and explained what they had done.When I picked the car up on Saturday Rodney was waiting for me and explained in great length what all he and 2 technicians did to try to find & fix the problem. I had a great buying experience, and thought it would end there.... but that's NOT the case with Liberty Buick! Ever since my purchase, they have reached out to me and offered to help me with any way with my vehicle. Last week I brought my Verano in for service, it was very dirty due to the recent rain. My oil change was performed quickly, and they also had washed and dried it. I felt like I was driving off in a new car again!!! Liberty Buick GENUINELY cares about me as a customer. After a miserable experience at two nearby Buick dealerships, I am VERY grateful that I chose to shop 35 miles away from Tempe, and give Liberty Buick a try.
