Have been servicing my Buick s at Liberty since I moved to Arizona, 16 years ago. Have worked with several service people, always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was disappointed in the service department this trip. I had an appointment at 10:00 & I arrived a little early. I did not get away until almost 1:30! My visit was for an oil change and rotate & balance the had an appointment at 10:00 & I arrived a little early. I did not get away until almost 1:30! We purchased our Buick Enclave from Ken Muecke in December of 2009. He is very easy to work with and still calls us to see how we and and our car are doing. I have a 2008 Cadillac DTS that I have had serviced at Coulter Cadillac. The service was always very satisfactory. I discovered through a neighbor that Bruce had joined Liberty Buick as Service Manager, so I visited Bruce and he assured me that Liberty could service my Cadillac for both maintenance and any warranty work, hence I am now coming to Liberty. Jim Frith is my service consultant and i am very please with Jim. This was the first maintenance and warranty service other than a previous oil change.
