Made me wait 2 1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires after making appointment. Then I find out they did not rotate tires but charged me. Did not honor price quoted. I have delt with Liberty Buick since I moved to Phoenix nine years ago. I have found the service department very satisfying with the various problems that arose. I arrived at Libeerty late and the battery was replaced anyway, regardless of the time. Jerry helped me with that one. This visit, John attended to the call. He was extremely nice and very easy working together. The car needed severe attention. John took care of the car, kept me informed on cost and condition. I was very pleased with his attention. Everyone I have worked with in various departments have been a pleasure. I also bought a La Cross in 2005 and am very happy with it. I hope to drive it a few more years. Work was done successfully and quickly - said would take two hours, done in one hour. Mike did a good job in pointing out the cabin filter was dirty (never shown to me before), and nothing about it in the s two hours, done in one hour.
