I would have given 5's across the board except for an unfortunate misunderstanding on my initial visit. I was told that if we couldn't make a deal, they would at least fill up my gas tank. I purchased a new set of Michelin tires after comparing prices at other Tire Dealers and Liberty was comparable price wise. As such, I purchased the set of 4 new tires, had them installed and an alignment prices at other Tire Dealers and Liberty was comparable price wise. My wife and I were in the market for another Buick Lucerne. We visited a dealer that Costco recommended and figured we would get a better deal through them. We saw the salesman, Brian Neuner, who we purchased our last car from and were delighted with how we were treated and the deal that was offered. My wife had commended to me that even if Liberty Buick were to charge us more for a vehicle we should go back there because their service department was wonderful and John Oram, our service rep, has always taken wonderful care of us and that is important to us.
