Our salesman, Sam, had excellent product knowledge and provided excellent customer service. He was very patient and helpful showing us the features of our new car. Danny Rasho was our salesperson and he was very helpful in finding us just the car we wanted. We originally came to Liberty because we had an appointment to have our 2022 Encore's oil changed, but Phillip in finding us just the car we wanted. We originally came to Liberty because we had an appointment to have our 2022 Encore's oil changed, but Phillip told us we would have to wait up to 2 hours because they were busy that day...we had an appointment, I repeat. So we decided to leave and come back another day. We walked the lot for a few minutes and Danny found us and made the experience a very good one. So thank you Danny; we love our new car. Alex Lopez was exceptionally good; very clear in explaining things and fun to visit with. More
