Everyone has said the same thing so please do not fall victim like me, I made the mistake not reading their reviews before purchasing a vehicle for my son. This is a new one, have you ever needed to replace your brakes on a car with 11,000 miles??? The Volkswagen Service Department say the car rotors were warped from the vehicle sitting extended periods. I bought a 2016 with 2,000 miles in 2019 (I have had the vehicle for 9 months) wouldn't that be the time the rotors would have warped in their parking lot? They said this is normal and I should of brought it up sooner if I wanted it covered. Stay away, all of the reviews are true. I will pay for the service to be performed elsewhere. Greg Sherman is absolutely unprofessional and definitely doesn't understand customer satisfaction based on how low their scores are in various posts. Now they will send me a blanket response back to call Steve Gustafson because he cares, but the funny part is I am still waiting for his call back before I wrote this review. More

The dealership was closed, but I looked for the car....nowhere to be found....even looked in the windows and out back to see if it was being prepped or serviced. I emailed the dealership on Monday this week and asked if the car was still available to purchase. They replied that it was available but they were also sending "other" options for me to consider. Of course these options were all more expensive. The salesman asked when I wanted to come see the "original" Murano I asked about. I told him I wanted assurance that it was actually there as I had already driven down there to see it once. No reply for two days.... so I sent a final email on Wednesday asking if it was available or should I move on. The salesman finally replied and said unfortunately its sold. Big bait and switch surprise there. On top of that .....its STILL on their website for sale....LMAO!! People...please read all the negative reviews about this dealership. Its the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. I am sending this information to the Better Business Bureau today. STAY AWAY FROM LIBERTY NISSAN!!!!!!!! More

A few days ago my husband and I were trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, against our better judgment. We were working with a very unprofessional salesman named Josh. This dealership is very sketchy. First of all, the list price of the vehicle on the website is only for a very specific subset of the population - in order to get the list price on the website you need to be a college student, military, and part of the farmers bureau. Secondly, they are very sketchy as far as the fees and they don't tell you what fees are involved in buying a new car and the things they try to charge to the customer are outrageous - such as the fee that the dealership incurred to deliver the vehicle from the manufacturer to the dealership before we even knew the car existed - $990 is what they tried to pass on to us for that. That is a dealership overhead cost. They were very dishonest along the way and when we asked to speak to a manager or someone in the finance department, we were told "they are busy" and when we would ask questions about fees or things, Josh would say "I don't know, I didn't write that" and claimed ignorance on everything and took ZERO responsibility for deceiving us on the vehicle price and fees. We ended up walking on the "deal" and I am very glad we did because we ended up going to a reputable dealership and purchasing the same vehicle the same day for $5,000 less than what this crappy dishonest and deceitful "dealership" was trying to charge us for the same exact vehicle. I would never in a million years recommend going to this "business" to buy a car, or anything for that matter. More
Saw a great deal on a car, called ahead and made sure of the price and availability. Everything checked out and we made the 1 hr one way trip. Greeted by Dan a sales guy and he was nice and all. When we started to proceed with purchase, Dan called a manager, Also Dan, who explained to us that we have to qualify for incentives. I asked for a break down of all the incentives that brought this price down nearly $18,000. They obviously didnt have anything, and after asking 2-3 times for them, they brought back a list by hand they just made up. No fine print, no qualifications, nothing. A complete scam. I guess they caught on to us, bc Dan left and said he will try to do something . Then Mo came by, and arrogantly told us they have a deposit on this car. We parted ways and I told him that I was very disappointed that we still have people that run a business this way in todays age. I will be sharing my experience on every platform. Please take your business somewhere else. More
I bought my car from this place 4 years ago. I love the car but this place won't stop calling me about how they are running specials and wanting to buy my car back so I can buy a new car. Just horrible sales people bought a 2015 last year 2018 and it didn’t pass emissions, started is started to go out, and the Cadillac converter is also damaged. I was offered financing through Capital One my credit card company. I was skeptical at first because I have been trying to rebuild my credit. I walked into the dealership and ran into Q. I expressed my concerns and told him how much I was willing to pay. I began to cry becuase I was so afraid to take this step. He calmed my nerves and said T.k. I got youbso stop worrying. All the staff are pleasant. But Q deserves all the praise. I wanted a Volkswagen in blue. That's exactly what I got. I will be back. Q you are the best. Thank you More
