I bought a used car and found out that the windshield reserve tank needed to be fixed. Dealership wasn't to pleasent to address and fic problem. At the end, ended up putting money into fixing issue. Great, no hassle buying experience! I viewed the vehicle online, and it had a very competitive price. I was skeptical that the price was too good to be true, but found out that Liberty was true to their wo online, and it had a very competitive price. I was skeptical that the price was too good to be true, but found out that Liberty was true to their word once visiting the showroom. Thom goes out of his way to ensure the customer is taken care of. I think the sales pitches from the accessories and warranty bubbas distract from all the hard work, effort, and relationship building that the Car Salespersons bring to the customer experience. Liberty would be better off by having displays available wherein the customer can ask their Salesperson about the add on product or service. More

When I bring my Murano in for service it is ready for me to pick it up at the promised time and they always wash my car. Their service center department works together as a team.
