Great deal on a New Murano Dealt with George Solayman. (Thumbs UP) Right off the bat I showed him the dealership's internet offer since it was a great price to get me to the Dealt with George Solayman. (Thumbs UP) Right off the bat I showed him the dealership's internet offer since it was a great price to get me to the dealership. KBB.com kept bring me back to Liberty Nissan as the best price after multiple searches. Small Negative: Right away George was up front and honest and informed me that I needed to have the active/recently discharged military discount ($750), recent grad discount ($750), plus takes Nissan's 4.99% finance to get that exact internet price from Nissan incentives. That ploy was the only drawback from getting an excellent rating above but other dealerships (some when you had to inquired about them) ended up finally telling me the same thing concerning the incentives Nissan was offering. Only wish Liberty would have stated that online "Best Price dependent on qualifying incentives such as....." but I get it, enticing price through advertisement. But I'm glad George was upfront and didn't wait until paperwork was being drawn up to tell me this. I had the recent grad so just adding back $750 to the internet price was still a fantastic deal. Overwhelming Positive to my wallet: Too good to be true attitude had me leave and visit 4 other local dealerships that couldn't/wouldn't come close. Came back to Liberty and even through the financing department George stayed true to his promise that the price we agreed upon after online price and then add title, doc fee and tax would not change AND IT DIDN"T. I read bad online reviews about how numbers would change when it got to financing and he told about their bad reputation online but that was not true in my experience. Up front and honest and encouraged me to look elsewhere to get a better deal; which I did. My OUT THE DOOR price at Liberty Nissan with tax, title, and doc fees was better than most other local dealership's STARTING PRICE before tax, title, doc fee was included. At the a few dealerships I got a lot games played with withholding incentives and/or after I brought to their attention got a "Oh, wait a minute and let me see if that is still available." Not with Liberty... George and Nina, the internet rep, reconfirmed over the phone all Nissan's available incentives and did not play games. Got a great deal on a new car with 11 miles, not the demo car if you were wondering, that no other dealership could touch. Gave me 3 other options of colors to choose from in the model trim on the lot I wanted as well. Nice work George!!! Working the numbers with finance Could have got the 0% Nissan financing but they honesty stated that I would lose the around $2000 incentive for going with Nissan's standard $4.99% APR. For most people this is not a big deal since the Nissan incentive is so large and Nissan after 90 days allows you to pay off the loan and/or refinance at a extremely low % rate banks are offing these days is the way to go and suggested. Liberty finance gave me all the options and ran the number right in front of me and it was much appreciated. Icing Even threw in 4 free oil changes and unlimited car washes. Which might be standard for the sales at Liberty but still a great final push. Customer service: Politely was offered extra warranties and protections for the car but I declined without any added pressure to reconsider. No hassle approach. Thanks Liberty More
Internet prices are scam :( ! :( The internet prices listed are just trap for customers to get in the dealership. You know the true price after take the test drive and fall in love to The internet prices listed are just trap for customers to get in the dealership. You know the true price after take the test drive and fall in love to the car. Then they use the "professionals" who are expert in ripping you off. However, Nina did not hide the fact on the phone, when I asked explicitly, "Can I get the car on the internet price using all cash or at 0% APR" Answer was no. You must finance it for at least 90 days and then can pay off. or add 1500 into the internet price. Strange formula.... More

I talked to a sales person at first who told me about that they still had the vehicle in stock, they clearly did not have any training. As she was telling me about a destination fee she was saying that I have to pay for the distance between my home and the dealership. She then transferred me to financing because she couldn't answer simple questions like APR. When I was transferred I spoke with the lady in financing who kept going back and forth with what she was saying. The lady rudely hung up in my face and said "xxxx off" after questioning my education. Yours truly Liberty Nissan More
Misleading Internet Pricing and Misleading Sales Tactics Internet Price was $29,999. Financing was 0% for 72 months. Called to confirm price and financing. Salesman confirmed over the phone. Drove 40 min Internet Price was $29,999. Financing was 0% for 72 months. Called to confirm price and financing. Salesman confirmed over the phone. Drove 40 minutes to purchase vehicle. Wanted to test drive on highway to see how it handled at highway speeds. The Salesman told me that we WERENT ALLOWED TO TEST DRIVE ON THE HIGHWAY!! Made up some excuse. Test drive was 3 minutes long. Sat down to discuss pricing. Turns out the internet price includes a $1500 rebate for military and recent college grads...this wasn't stated. OK fine. We agree on a price of $31,499. I literally sign on the paper to confirm. He comes back from confirming with sales manager and starts writing out the official price sheet...he just DECIDES TO ADD $3,000...hoping i wouldn't notice!!!! I stop him, we argue...i ask to see the original offer i signed...IT HAS NOW MAGICALLY DISAPPEARED!!!...I'm not making this up. I ask for $500 more on my trade in. He agrees and we shake on it and confirm that in writing. He sends me to the finance department. THE EXTRA $500 ON THE TRADE IN NOW MAGICALLY DISAPPEARS when i get to the finance department!!!! Also the 0% financing stated on there website is NOW 4.96%!!!! these are borderline illegal tactics they are using.... if you see their pricing on the internet on autotrader or cars.com, just add about $4,500 to get the real price. they put the low prices on the internet just to get to the top of the search listings.... also, be prepared to be belittled, lied to, made fun of, and generally taken advantage of. Other than that....great selection i guess... More
Do not buy from these crooks Dealt with a salesman named George and Gregg and they were so rude to me when I was ready to buy the car. After test driving George was screaming at Dealt with a salesman named George and Gregg and they were so rude to me when I was ready to buy the car. After test driving George was screaming at me in the middle of the parking lot with people there because I had a simple question about the car after. Also during negotiations Gregg would throw random fees on top of the car which made it almost 3000 dollars more than the list price. Horrible dealership do not buy More
Pulled Vehicle From Table Was ready to proceed and could not make it to dealer that day so sales rep said I needed to put down deposit to secure truck because it wasn't technic Was ready to proceed and could not make it to dealer that day so sales rep said I needed to put down deposit to secure truck because it wasn't technically sold. Refused at time then reached out to sales rep asking how that process would go. He proceeded to say that option was no longer available and would be showing the truck to another POTENTIAL buyer later that evening. Was later told truck was still available. I refuse to work with a dealer that will play games and pull a vehicle from someone ready to close the deal. More
Best deal around on a 2016 Maxima Scott Nielsen is a great guy. I came in to check out the colors of the new Maxima and he sent me home in one! I actually planned on buying from a deal Scott Nielsen is a great guy. I came in to check out the colors of the new Maxima and he sent me home in one! I actually planned on buying from a dealer closer to my house. I knew the dealer invoice price and I'm not an easy sale. But, Scott has a great personality (which is a great departure from the normal salesman sleaze) and he got me a better deal than I hoped for!!! He made the whole experience very simple and kinda fun. And the financing department got me a better interest rate than I thought possible with my low credit score! I would definitely recommend visiting this dealership and asking for Scott. More
