So satisfied I've been back twice! All the staff at Liberty kia have been first rate! In May 2016 I purchased my Kia Optima EX. I was very happy from the moment I entered the dealership All the staff at Liberty kia have been first rate! In May 2016 I purchased my Kia Optima EX. I was very happy from the moment I entered the dealership. I had to have service with a tire early on and was very happy with service department. 8 months later we needed another car and without hesitation came back to Liberty for another kia! Steve Nedanovski , our sales guy stuck by us as we weren't sure at first what we were going to purchase. He had patience and good follow up to finally close our deal with a 2017 kia Sportage, steve was the best! Sean Mitchell, the sales manager, the evening we finally purchased couldn't be more honest and professional. We felt he was always in our corner there to get us the best deal. Jared Pryszcz our guy who helped out and went over the car was extremely knowledgeable and helpful too. More

Horrible costumer service! He told me everything is good to go, I arrive at the dealership DAN IS NOT WORKING but told me he would be there.... The manager decided to help me Isaac is his name, he tells me he can't do anything for me and asks me who Dan is. The manager realized "dan" has only been working there for two months he works in financing and has no IDEA what he is doing, I hope you get fired if your reading this! xxxxxxx! More

Awesome place to buy a vehicle I called Liberty Auto Plaza asking if the car that I was interested in that I saw on the internet was on the lot, the woman who answered the phone was I called Liberty Auto Plaza asking if the car that I was interested in that I saw on the internet was on the lot, the woman who answered the phone wasn’t sure and asked if she could call me back. Within 3 minutes she called back stating that it was. I told her I would be right there since I was just across the street at another dealer, who was not only not listening to me and what I wanted but were adamantly attempting to talk me into spending double what my budget was. Within minutes I was at Liberty Auto Plaza, the vehicle that I was interested in was waiting at the front door for me as well as the salesman standing next to the car. Being that I was so upset from the Chevy dealer I didn’t even try to haggle. The deal went so smoothly. I am quite impressed with this dealership. There was a minor issue with the lift-gate, and I was promised that the dealership would cover the cost of the repair. When I brought the vehicle back the following week for the repair it was done quickly, and the cost was covered. Awesome place to do business. More

Horrible experience. Poor customer service!!!! Negotiated price before driving to dealership. Drove 2hrs to find out that model wasnt available at dealership.
