Mr. Drumke did not try and sell me a vehicle that day instead he built a relationship with me and found out what I was interested in and what I was looking to pay per month for a vehicle. I do not make a lot of money so I wanted to keep the price as low as possible mr. Drumke got me a great deal on a new Altima lease with all the features I wanted. I would definitely recommend anyone who is weary of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership to visit mr. Drumke at Libertyville Nissan. More
Just got a New KIA Forte at Liberty I worked with David Drumke and he was the best. I would recommend Kia to anyone and everyone. liberty auto plaza hello drove 2 hours to buy our kia forte, now this is a nice car but wasn't offered a lot of choices with our credit, everyone was helpful,considerate hello drove 2 hours to buy our kia forte, now this is a nice car but wasn't offered a lot of choices with our credit, everyone was helpful,considerate and paid full attention to our needs, excellent salesman who actually is a credit coach, very knowledgeable, you will walk into a dealer full of nissan, vw and kia products. salesman let us put minimal down and we took the car home, then met later with our cosigner another day off site at a diner, their was where we were caught up with the paperwork, but did not have the window sticker verifying stock and optional equipment, on the contract it is very unclear what the car actually was priced at, it had a service plan option that in our case was not necessary. for 6 months now, all on our own, 6 or 7 attempts to get the service plan and window sticker issue is not resolved we have since gone to ftc for resolution thanks More

Bait and Switch While using True Car app through USAA, I found a Toyota Avalon XLS . I received the price guarantee and 2 different ladies called me on multiple days While using True Car app through USAA, I found a Toyota Avalon XLS . I received the price guarantee and 2 different ladies called me on multiple days to make sure I was coming in to test drive the vehicle. I already had financing for the total price of the vehicle and I explained that to Jessica on the phone. They said they would hold the vehicle. on the day of the test drive, they called me at Noon and then text messaged me 30 mins later to make sure I was coming in and I explained both times that I would be in at 430 the latest. I left work early, drove an hour and got there at 330. I explained to multiple guys that I was there to test drive the vehicle and I had spoken to jessica 3 hours ago. They sat me down at a desk and told me to wait for the used car manager. He was busy so another person started to try and pitch other vehicles and how they are much better than the one I wanted. I should have known at that point. Finally after 1.25 hours of waiting, Greg shows up and I ask him to test drive the car, he starts to say that they could get us better rates on financing. I finally stood up and asked to test drive again and that's when they told me that they just sold the vehicle. I asked why they didn't call me as I was driving from afar. I had enough and walked right out. This dealership is very, very shady. I would never step foot in that establishment nor would I send my worst enemy there. More

I have purchased a lot of vehicles and Steve was the most professional, respectful and truthful sales rep I have ever dealt with. We spent several hours with Steve and he basically got in an argument with his boss to get us the deal we wanted. If it wasn’t for Steve we would have left the dealership, in a matter of minutes. He went out of his way to help his clients and it is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend any one in the market for a new vehicle to give Steve at Libertyville Kia a shot to earn your business, I don’t think you will be disappointed. More
BAIT AND SWITCH !! I called them ahead of time to see if they had any 2017 Nissan Sentra's left on the lot they said yes 23 of them. I drove over an hour to get there an I called them ahead of time to see if they had any 2017 Nissan Sentra's left on the lot they said yes 23 of them. I drove over an hour to get there and when I got there there they right away showed me a 2018 Nissan Sentra. When I asked about the 2017's listed on their website they said they had sold the last one earlier. They asked me to provide them a stock number of the ones listed on their website after I provided them with the stock number they said those were loaner cars and they couldn't sell them. I walked out! I just checked their website and they still have 23 2017 Nissan Sentra's listed. More
I'm done with this dealership!! They have overcharged me multiple times. I honestly do not trust Ken. I will not return to this dealership.
