We went to Lia to look at a 2011 Prius. We did not know a lot about the hybrids and had never driven one before. We took the car for a test drive and liked it. On returning from our test drive Brent asked us lot about the hybrids and had never driven one before. We took the car for a test drive and liked it. On returning from our test drive Brent asked us if we had any intention of buying a car that day. We told him no (Lia was the first dealer we had been to and we wanted more time to think about it). Brent replied that he had another customer so if we were not going to buy that day that he could not spend anymore time with us. We did not appreciate being blown off because we would not rush into a sale. The next day we went to another dealer, received excellent service and bought a new Prius. More

Yvette is great. She speaks to you like a person not a car sales rep. She is very funny and a friendly person who truly cares about her customers. We would personally recommend her to everyone. I purchased a used corolla that had extensive paint issues. Now I know I purchased a USED car but the paint was horrible . Mr Beyer the general manager introduced me to Dan Wheeler the body shop manage issues. Now I know I purchased a USED car but the paint was horrible . Mr Beyer the general manager introduced me to Dan Wheeler the body shop manager . Mr. Wheeler seemed a bit taken back at the task at hand. After looking the car over top to bottom Mr. Wheeler checked with the lovely lady in the rental dept. to see if they had a loaner car available and they did . Mr Wheeler had her assign me the car which was the twin to mine.(less the paint issues) . He simply said we will take care of this. Four hours later he called and asked me to come take a look. When I showed up Mr Wheeler had it parked in front of lia's very nice body shop . My car looked new Mr Wheeler went above and beyond he and his fabulous crew should commended. I strongly recommend anyone to this place. Top notch service at a top notch facility! More
Ihad an issue with dry tree sap on my 2010 tundra ,i stopped in just on a whim to see dan. He said to drop it off and he would check it out i was called the next day and was told it was all set come a stopped in just on a whim to see dan. Excellent service!! I am the owner of a 2011 Toyota Rav4. I purchased this vehicle at the competitions dealership. I was involved in a fender bender the day that I dropped my vehicle off. I was at my selling I purchased this vehicle at the competitions dealership. I was involved in a fender bender the day that I dropped my vehicle off. I was at my selling dealer who informed me that he couldnt get my car in for a week. I have heard of the Lia Collision Center from a television commercial. Mr Wheeler came out and saw me looking at my car and asked me what happened. I explained and without hesitation he assured me that it was only cosmetic and it was actually quite a basic repair. He loaned me one of his loaner cars and my insurance company came the next day to estimate the repairs. My car was fully repaired within three days! When I came to pick up the car I couldnt believe it but it was fully detailed and looked better than new. Mr. Wheeler went over the repairs with me and made me feel much better. I felt as though I left the Lia Collision Center with a new vehicle. Great job! I will be buying all of my cars from Lia Toyota in the future and will be using their service department as well thanks to Mr Wheeler. More
Typical buying experience,Salesman did the soft sell and the closer did the hard sell, I never buy extended warranties but in light of previous 4x4 truck ownership experience I was confident this was a reas the closer did the hard sell, I never buy extended warranties but in light of previous 4x4 truck ownership experience I was confident this was a reasonable gamble to take for $1400. Price was fair on the truck. They low balled me on the trade but came back up to blue book when I began walking out. Pretty much the same as every dealership I have ever been in. I had a loose heat shield on my 06 Corolla that needed to be fixed. Lia ordered the necessary part and scheduled me for a repair appointment. When I showed up for the appointment I waited for an hour and a be fixed. Lia ordered the necessary part and scheduled me for a repair appointment. When I showed up for the appointment I waited for an hour and a half before they told me that they didn't have the part yet and it wouldn't be in FOR A MONTH. The service rep then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't have come in without having checked that they had the part, even though they had assured me the part would be in when I scheduled the appointment. Only grudgingly apologized when I demanded it. Totally incompetent and rude. Avoid at all costs. More
